Outside Sales Representative


NDI Group is seeking a highly motivated individual to be a part of our sales team.  The Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for establishing strong business relationships with automotive manufacturers (OEM's) and partners to provide them auto show and event management solutions.  We are seeking a high energy, fast paced talented individual who is willing to take our sales to the next level.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Performs necessary prospecting and sales activities including field prospecting, telephone prospecting, various networking activities, email marketing & follow up, prospect & client meetings.
  • Develop deep relationships throughout OEM accounts and partners including executive, marketing, procurement, and manufacturing operations.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of existing and New Business opportunities in assigned territory.
  • Execute on your sales strategy to move opportunities through the various sales stages and ensure that a sufficient number of opportunities are moving towards closure. Manage your pipeline by continually qualifying and re-prioritizing opportunities.
  • Pitch presentations and participate in sales calls with other company sales personnel to promote NDI Services and to maintain good customer relations.
  • Develop clear and effective written proposals/quotations for prospective clients.
  • Leveraging the CRM system to develop a prospecting and sales strategy that ensures high activity and effective closing ratios.
  • Make sure client base is within assigned payment terms.


  • 3 to 5 years outside sales experience
  • 2 to 3 years of experience with routine Cold Calling of potential clients to develop business
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited University
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong relationship management skills
  • Computer skills - Excel, Word, Go to Meeting, PowerPoint, & CRM program(s)
  • Potential candidates will be required to take a background, MVR, and Drug test
  • Travel required
